CHAMP: You preferred to be called Cruz rather than Leinea. Now after looking at your pics and then looking at your last name, the immediate question would be what is your background?

LC: I think it's fun to be called Cruz, and I'm sick of telling people how to say my name. To me when I hear what’s your background? I think of the activities I do well like tennis, swimming and horseback-riding. So that's what it is.

CHAMP: You are an actor first before a Vixen. Why do you stress the importance of being labeled first as an actress than Vixen and how long have you been doing the whole media thing?

LC: I spend a lot of time owning my craft, so I want the respect for it. Everyone is a vixen one way or another so I make sure I stand alone even in a crowd. Media is my life and it's been a part of me for maybe five years

CHAMP: Now you've done modeling work for various fashion spreads, ads, and TV appearances. Is there any particular work you've done that a reader may recognize you from?

LC: I must say Yorkdale mall... I have a three billboard size photo's in a jewellery store, and at least once a day I know someone that seen my pictures in that mall, the funny thing I've gotten so many jobs from those pictures and it's been there for two years now..

CHAMP: You’re also a radio host. What station are you at and when do you broadcast live?

LC: Well it's not a radio show, oh believe me I've done a few. This is a visual Internet show that will air August 9th @ 9:00pm on www.thatchannel.com called "Hot in the City"

CHAMP: You also have a website. What's the address and what can people expect when they log on?

LC: No website yet, but you can always send me a video email leineasky@yahoo.ca I would love to see you.

CHAMP: Now I gotta rep for the fellas and find out exactly what Cruz's status is in terms of significant other and what do you usually look for in a dude?

LC: Just smile when you see me and I'll take care of you..

CHAMP: Now if there was one thing you would change about the world you said you would teach people to think on a higher level, what did you mean by that and why would it be important for you to get people into that train of thought?

LC: If everyone stopped living in TV land they all would be thinking on a higher level, People need to understand what’s real and what’s fantasy. If you understand this, then you’re doing just fine if you don't read this whole magazine back to front and then read it again. 

CHAMP: In a previous interview you had mentioned that you lose yourself to the game and never stop playing it. For the up and comers who don't know he negative aspect of the game for attractive females what are some of the things you would tell them to be aware of when trying to make it in the industry?

LC: Again I'm an actor first, I started to model just to get more exposure and now I've gone from just a "vixen" to producing, creating and hosting my show. To all of you that think this is the life for you, go and read super heads book and then think to yourself how hard do you want to work and what do you want your legacy to be. I love my life and it's perfect for me.

CHAMP: What else can we expect from Cruz in the future?

LC: Maybe some babies ;-) Thank you so much for this interview
